20 Weeks and ITS A GIRL!

Wow. It is hard to believe that it is 1/2 way over. The time has gone so fast and has been incredible. We found out on my parents anniversary that we are going to have a baby girl! I think Jayson was in a little shock at first, but he is getting more and more used to the idea. On the ride home he said "I am ruined, aren't I?" I told him that I am sure he is and there is noone else that he would rather have "ruin" him. Haha! He has been so great the whole pregnancy and much more protective of me and the baby that I would have ever thought. It is amazing and I can't wait to meet her!

We told our parents by a cake that had pink icing in the center. I know they are all excited. Brother is a huge dork and this is proven in the following picture, but I sure love him!

This weekend we also went to pick out furniture. Jayson was a trooper last weekend when we went to register and look at stuff. Babies r us is huge, but it went well. The furniture store, that is another story. I don't know why I get so overwhelmed in furniture stores. I am horrible at making up my mind with furniture. I just want it to be perfect for her and want to be sure about everything if I am going to spend that much money. Jayson actually picked the furniture and I think it will be beautiful. Judy came over today and we layed out the wall for the safari painting. I am blessed to have such a talented mother in-law or what? I also have decided to make the bedding, bumper, pillows, and crib skirt. Annette has asured me that she will help and I have some good pictures and fabric samples. I will probably try to start working on it in the next couple weeks. So I guess the room is pretty much set. I still have to pick out a rocker and maybe some other little stuff, but it is going to be really awesome.
