I felt the earth move

We had a 5.6 magnitude earthquake last night.  Jayson and I were watching football highlights on Sportscenter when it came.  It was crazy because you could hear it coming if that is even possible.  It seemed to last forever and we could tell which way the house was moving.  It was really moving, not shaking, like back and forth moving!  

Today we had a birthday party and have Bible study later.  I am enjoying these few minutes of both kids asleep and the house quite.  It is a pretty rare occurrence. ha!  But, I really wouldn't have it any other way!

Uncle Jeff taught Lana how to grab multiple handfuls of candy.  She was so into trick-or-treating even she only did go to 5 houses!  

He really was happy the whole night!
