Jayson and I had a great weekend. Saturday we rode our bikes then went to the OU game. The score was 50-0 at half time so we decided to head home early. There was some lightening and storms seen in the distance, but Jayson said they were moving away from us. Well, what he could not see was the storms coming from the South. We leave the stadium and get stuck at the railroad tracks where all we can do is wait as we see the rain moving towards us. It came up fast and we were completely soaked!
Yesterday we went to church and ran a couple errands. We had our small group get together last night at Scott and Gwynn Bulmers. It was a great time.
Today, I have been working on my thesis. I think I could say that I am probably 90% done with it! YAY! There are a few things I need to add here and there and some wording issues to fix, but it is close to being a complete rough draft. I will give it to Dr.Young on Wednesday and see where to go from here. He will probably review it for a week or two, then I will make his change and give it to the other committee members. Hopefully I will be done by the first part of October! I am so sick of people asking me if I am done yet. It will feel so good to be able to tell them I am done!
Brother is driving back from Colorado today. I have received a few text messages here and there. They all say he had fun and is still one piece! I am so proud of him.
