Calgary was beautiful. The days were really busy, but it was good. I had Wendnesday afternoon off, so there was a couple of us that drove into Banff. Last Wednesday was the most unprepared, unplanned day that I have had in a while. If you know me, I usually have everything planned out. Well on this day, that was not the case. I did not decide to rent a car until the coffee break at 10:00. The conference was over at 12:30. I changed, rented the car, and we were off! I am really glad that we went into Banff. I saw Lake Louise and Lake Morrainne along with some shopping in the town of Banff. It was a good day. We did not get back into Calgary until about 10:15 that night which was 11:15 in Oklahoma. I ran in to my room to call Jayson because I knew he had to work the next day and was probably beginning to worry. I think worry was an understatement. He was very upset with me that I had not let him know that it was going to be that late and he was really worried. I felt horrible.
It was a great trip and I can't wait to take Jayson there one day!
