8 Months

Lana you are 8 months old today!

*  You still wear size 2 diapers. 
*  You eat every 3-4 hours and take about 4-5oz from a bottle.
*  You have ate rice cereal, sweet potatoes, bananas, carrots, applesauce, peas, pears, peaches, green beans, baby oatmeal and yogurt.  You are a really good eater and get excited when we put you in your high chair.  You start swinging your legs and just know you are about to get something yummy! 
*  You are still a great sleeper, but you like YOUR bed.  It is a struggle for you to go to sleep with someone holding you, unless you are eating then you will sometimes go to sleep and let mom snuggle with you. 
*  You love to laugh and talk, especially with your Grandpa's.
*  You can love to say ba-ba's and da-da's. 
*  You can pull-up on almost anything and make it look super easy.  You first pulled up on Feb. 1 in your play area.  Dad sent a picture of it.  He said you took some pretty hard crashes before you finally figured out how to get down easy. 
*  You finally started sitting up more.  You were just always too busy to just sit still. 
*  You got your first boo-boo on Feb. 8.  You hit your head and had a big ol' bruise on your forehead. 
*  You have had baby eczema on your back for the past few months, but it is finally starting to get better as long as we put lotion on it every night. 
*  You love your baths and to splash and play.
*  Layla and you are best buddies!  Cash still gets a little too nervous around you.   I think he is just afraid he will hurt you on accident, so he tends to leave when he see's you coming. 

Every day is the next best day of my life because of you!  I love you!
