Day 2: Raft or Rails

Today, Jayson went rafting while Lana and I went on a train ride.  We had a blast on the train.  We saw a deer and mountain goats.  The weather was beautiful and we stood outside until Lana fell asleep wrapped in my arms.  I think she really liked the train and looking at the river.

Jayson went rafting today and he said it was so much fun.  I am so glad he had fun.  Hopefully next time I can go with him!

After our morning adventures, we went over to see the Royal Gorge by bridge.  I don't know what it is, but Lana is turning me into a chicken.  I did not want to get too close the edge at all!  We walked across the bridge with Lana and the dogs.  Layla would get scared when a car drove by and shook the boards.

Lana and I rode the Merry-go-Round.  She was a little scared at first, but quickly warmed up to it and waved hi to dad.
